María de la O Úbeda Rodriguez is its creator, the descendant of a tradition of more than 100 years old.

To develop , the owner has chosen the flower of salt of a part of the Mediterranean where they are still using craft techniques for the collection of the flower of salt. The unique flavor of this salt, together with its golden sparkles, converted to , in the condiment most luxurious in the world.
